Poaka Products are available at these locations:

  • Christchurch Farmers MarketSaturday mornings 9am – 1pm every week at Riccarton House – (A selection of our Salumi products plus our Dry Cured Bacon and a range of fresh pork sausages, all made with our amazing free range poaka pork)
  • Webshop.  If you’re from outside Christchurch and would like to try our range of traditional, artisan style cured and fermented meats, all our products can be purchased on our webshop.  We ship on Mondays(salami and dry cured meats) and Thursdays (salami, dry cured meat, fresh sausages and dry cured bacon) with overnight delivery to most locations
