Salami Sliced – Genoa
A garlic focused salami containing just our best free range heritage breed pork, organic garlic, pepper and new Zealand organic Red Wine. Very simple but a true classic, bursting with complex flavours. Traditionally fermented and air dried at low temperature for up to 3 months to deliver the most amazing texture and salami flavor. Sliced thinly for beautiful mouth feel.
Our salami’s are shelf stable (they don’t require refrigeration) and can be safely stored at room temperature. However to maintain top product quality, we recommend keeping your salami in the fridge, or a suitable cool dark place. Before you eat your salami, remove from the fridge, and allow the sliced salami to come up to room temperature for maximum flavour and enjoyment.
