We have installed a high accuracy weather station on our free range pig farm to keep us informed of the current and historical weather conditions. This helps us make the best farming decisions, so we can keep our free range, pasture raised heritage pigs as happy and healthy as possible. This allows us to make the best free range charcuterie in New Zealand.
30/06/24 - We are now processing all of our pigs in our own on farm Micro Abattoir, for the best quality, highest animal welfare and low stress. Unfortunately we can't make enough bacon to keep up with demand! We are doing our best to produce as much as we can!
