Poaka true free range pork mince is made with freshly boned out prime cuts and trim of our heritage breed, wild farmed pigs and minced through a 6mm plate for a medium to coarse texture. There is nothing to hide in our free range pork mince, so we don't need to mince it into a super fine mystery product! We deliver all of our products NZ wide, however we cannot ship our chilled products (Sausages, bacon, pork cuts etc) to rural addresses, Please contact us if you are a rural delivery for options. Our fresh  mince is snap frozen on the day of production and sent out frozen to ensure they stay nice and chilly during delivery.
