Nothing added just 100% pure Poaka free range pork. Poaka true free range pork mince is made with freshly boned out prime cuts and trim of our heritage breed, wild farmed pigs and minced through a 6mm plate for a medium texture. Poaka free range pork mince is perfect for making dumplings, pasta dishes, burger patties (or add some to your beef patties for amazing flavour) or any other dish requiring mince.  We deliver all of our products NZ wide, however we cannot ship our frozen products (Sausages, bacon, pork cuts etc) to rural addresses, Please contact us if you are a rural delivery for options. Our fresh  mince is snap frozen on the day of production and sent out frozen to ensure they stay nice and chilled during delivery.
