Poaka Online Order Shipping Info

30/09/26 . Unfortunately we have decided to pause delivery of orders placed online, NO orders placed online will be delivered, the only option we currently have is "click and collect" from our Rolleston shop. There is no delivery/packing charge for click and collect orders.

We were having far to many failed deliveries, causing frustration to our customers and a waste of our amazing products. We are actively trying to source a more reliable delivery option so that we can resume deliveries of inline orders.

However until we do, the only option for orders placed on our website is "Click and collect" from our Rolleston shop on Friday afternoons.

Thank you for your understanding
