Refund policy
We have a 100% money back guarantee policy, which means if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it arrives in poor condition we will refund you 100% of the purchase price.

If your refund is accepted, we’ll return your payment via the method used for the original purchase, i.e if you paid via credit card we will return the payment to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is of poor quality, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges/Changes to your order.
If your order the wrong item(s) please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to change your order. Once your Poaka order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes unfortunately.
Refunds
We will acknowledge we’ve received your request for a refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
