Poaka Pork Fillet

Free range Poaka pork fillet, otherwise known as pork tenderloin. This is the most tender cut of pork, however it is very lean and delicate so care must be taken when cooking, don't over cook! Minimum 600g pack, containing 2 x fillets, sent fresh frozen.
