Free Range Ham at its finest, Now perfectly smoked with native manuka wood smoke. Jucy, tender and full of flavour, and best of all made from Poaka wild farmed free range heritage breed pork. Poaka free range, heritage breed ham is cured for several days to develop a deep flavour and then slowly smoked for over 12 hours using native manuka wood chips. All our hams are made using our wild farmed free range heritage breed pork. Free range Poaka hams are sold as either whole or half hams. Whole hams are 6kg minimum weight and half hams are 3kg minimum weight, please select from the options for the ham size you would like.
Poaka hams are bone in and skin off, ready for you to add your finishing touches. Sent out frozen. Our hams are fully cooked and are ready to eat, or can be gently heated to serve hot.
